Rawson Properties Paulshof has been managing my flat since 2011. Managing includes: vetting tenants, liaising with tenants for signing the lease, ensuring that I get my rent money on time, etc., etc.for a 10% comm plus VAT (works out over R800p/month) of the rent every month. The current tenants originally signed a 6 month lease which expired end Feb '13. The tenants decided to stay on for another year and so Rawson had to get the tenants to sign a new lease. However, since March until now (6 months later!) there's STILL NO fully signed lease in place. In August alone I sent Memory Hunda (Rental Administrator) 3 e-mails requesting the signed lease. Not once did she reply. She sent 1 e-mail (23/8) saying she expects the lease that weekend but I still haven't received a copy. On 30 August I e-mailed Dave Wright (apparently the owner of that Rawson) requesting assistance in this matter as I cant believe that they (Rawson) are still charging me managing fees but not keeping their end of the bargain. It has been a week and a half and not a word from him either!!! All I can say is, don't deal with these people!! They don't care about their clients or delivering a service!
