I phoned him on Tuesday 29/08/13 with regards to a property available from the 01/09/13. He informed me that he did not have keys, but gave me the current tenant's cellphone as well as work number. I could not get an answer on the cell-phone, and at work the tenant was always in a meeting (and I did not want to bother someone at work).
On Friday 30/08/13 I phoned Werner again, saying that I could not get a hold of the tenant. He told me that he would try to locate keys, and phone me back. He did not phone me back, even though I tried to phone numerous times.
On Saturday morning I phoned him, and after the 3rd call he answered. He then told me that the tenants are busy moving out of the property and that I could pop by any time to have a look at the property. I proceeded to go to the property (he gave me the address), upon which I found no one answering the gate.
When I phoned him he informed me that the tenants were away for the week-end and that I would only be able to look at the property on Monday (2 September) even though his advert said available from 1 September.
I have never seen such poor service in my life! I will NEVER advise ANYONE to rent from this "one-man-show"!
