4MAX PROPERTIES ARE WITH NO MORALS!!!

I rented a unit from 4Max for 2 years, and from day 1 they were the most unpleasant people to deal with! I had a problem with the pre paid electricity meter, because it was dormant for almost 2 years it for some reason "sucked" R1000 worth of vouchers. The only way I got my money out of 4Max is because I refused to pay utilities until it exceeds R1000.00. It took them 1 month to fix a leaking tap! They took 3 weeks to fix a broken gutter! They wanted to fine me R500 for my garden being a mess (my braai and hosepipe was lying on the lawn!!!) I CAN GO ON AND ON! Like all the other complaints I read, the entry inspection was also done VERY casually with no regard for the small things (only to be billed as damages!!) BUT the exit inspection is so intensely done!!! They go out of their way to look for the slightest faults!! When I moved out the unit looked BETTER than what it did when I moved out!!! Yet I got almost nothing of my deposit back!!! I could never understand why the tenant turnover in the complex wasn't an issue for 4Max, but I do now!! 4MAX IS NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF CREATING HOMES FOR TENANTS, THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF HOLDING DEPOSITS!
