Non-response, bad attitude, dishonesty & chancers!

Uvest want to take part of my deposit for upgrading my previous flat (mspd, buh-rein Estate) My contract doesn't support their decision. I've been struggling with them for more than a year regarding various issues - their lack of support, proffesionalism & honesty is SCARY! The guy who did the exit inspection said nothing was wtong, none of it is my responsibility. Two weeks later I get a list of everything i'm supposedly to fix..Interesting though, I've been asking for an appointment with the manager, with the exit inspection guy present - but they don't want to - why? Because I have a witness to everyting he said. What they are expecting me to pay - is not what I've been advised to do when I was first sent the checklist for the exit inspection. These people are taking fatchances, in my personal opinion - they are a bunch of. PS: I am yet to receive any feedback from them regarding my "issues", instead they ignore my emails & my phone calls. A word of advice to those looking by renting through them - be careful, they will most probably cheat you!
