ASTRODON DOES NOT RESPOND

I've been contacting Astrodon for 2 months now regarding the request for a refund. I accidentally bumped the intercom wall some time back and the wall collapsed. I then made it clear that I would fix the wall but the managing agent had many questions regarding the repairs. The wall was in an inferior condition as my car just touched it and it collapsed. My car did not have a scratch or dent on it. The security also confirmed "many people bump this wall and just built it again'.The security then offered to repair the wall at a cost. I stated that I would first get quotes. Astrodon contacted me and I agreed that they could proceed with the repair of the wall. The wall was repaired and a bill was sent to me which I paid. I later requested a refund on the keypad structure that I was charged for as I spoke to other residents and the keypad was not working since we moved into the complex. It also makes me wonder what condition the goose neck was in if it had been bumped so many times before and repaired by the security. The keypad as it wasnt working for a year and now i'm being held liable. This should have been taken from the complex's insurance. to date, no response has been received.
