I live at Talis place were I see new rules being put up from time to time, Monday the 19th Aug 2013 we woke up to no water after spending the Sunday with no water. This water pump has been an issue since for ever, and since calling city property is clearly a waste of my time I decided to write this. I told the building manager about my drainage system months ago, indicated that it takes for ever to get the water out (HAS BEEN LIKE THAT FROM THE MOMENT I MOVED IN) the last building manager (Themba) indicated this to me on our 1st day but also indicated that it wont go on like that for ever. The problem has been going on since, one has to wait for more than 20 minutes for water to drain out for the next person to use. For people who have work etc this is a huge inconvenience, I have been trying to get this issue fixed I let my current building manager know of the problem that I am facing and still I didn't get any joy. Monday since there was no water, I called him to come to my place and fix the drainage and some how the tap was left open but the basin had no drain plug on but my place flooded, this was all because of the drainage system I have been complaining of for months.
