I was a tenant at Molware in Ceturion, which is managed by Zelri Properties. I moved out of the apartment on the 30 July 2013. According to my contract all deposits I paid when I moved in, should be paid 12days after I moved out. I have handed over everything and left the flat in the condition which was in except for the things that were broken when I got there. I have been trying to call Zelri Properties to get an update on when will I get the R4700 but no one is willing to help me. I send three emails and I'm not receiving feedback and getting frustrated.
