My boyfriend and i need to relocate for business reasons, and found a lovely sounding place advertised on Private [URL Removed]
It didnt have pictures which isnt entirely unusual in Bryanston. i contacted the "landlord" Lacticia Peters, asking if the property was still available, and if she could possible send me a few pictures just to be sure. a lady by the name of Fiona C contacted me a day later saying the property was still available, and sent documents about Move-in Property. I responded asking for pictures and stating that i was still very much interested. she came back and said she was still waiting for the landlord to send pictures. a few days later she sent me pictures and i immediately requested that she arrange a viewing. she then asked me to register and pay R350 and the same details followed. i expressed my concerns of to which she assured me this was not the case and gave me a reference number. she sent me the listing and the landlord's number. her number as well as the landlord are now invalid. we have also been contacted by a lady called Nadine. I too want my money back, as i am also still waiting for feedback.
