I would like to congratulate Sellmore Homes on a Job well done. I bought an insolvent property through Sean (Estate Agent) recently. The process went smooth since I signed that offer to purchase and I can honestly congratulate them on impeccable service. Yes - the process was a bit more tedious than buying a normal property but at the end of the day you are saving a lot more money than buying a normal property through another Estate Agency. I honestly think that most people do have an erroneous perception when buying an insolvent property.
Thank you Sean on a job well done! We have moved into our lovely place and loving every second of it, not to even mentioned the money we saved!!
