I bought a beautiful Home through Sellmore homes recently. The service was impeccable and the communication outstanding. I can understand that people get frustrated buying a home that was insolvent, which is what Sellmore homes do. The process is completely different than buying a home through an Estate Agent. You as the buyer or (bidder) in my own words need to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions before you attempt the buying process. Selmore homes made me understand that right from the start and that is what I did. After getting all my ducks in a row ito the deposit and bank loan, the process started. In my case is twas in the hands of the curators and I must admit that this is a process where you need a lot of patience as here you are another number.
Selmore Homes can only give feedback from the curators as they receive it. It took approximately 5 months; however it all came to pass and we as a family are enjoying our home tremendously. A dream came true at a much lower price than what we would have paid if we bought through the conventional way.
