When we moved in the landlord paid an amount of R2058 into the water account so there needed to be a credit of so much when we moved out. There was a credit only of R1738.67 so Rawson needed to take the difference from my deposit and refund me the remainder. Rawson however took the full amount of R2058 342 for last account which was ALREADY deducted. So the landlord got her full credit 2058 R1738.67 that was in credit on water account an extra R342 = 4138.67 instead of R2058 which was actually owed to her!!

I pointed out the error and she now says I need to contact the landlord to resolve this as she's already refunded us both! It was her error, my contract was with her, she was responsible for refunding my correct deposit! Emails take days to get replied to, calls don't get returned, my deposit (incorrect) took over 3 weeks to be refunded. I am getting nowhere. This is so frustrating, is it too much to expect her to do HER job and get my money refunded?
