In the year of AML Property services managing my property in Midrand, I could count on one hand how many of the rental payments from my tenants were paid by Emanuel to me ON TIME (which is ON or BEFORE the 7th of each month). There was just always an excuse... Mandate had been breached. When I ended the agreement as per mandate, with notice period, repairs had to be done to the flat, using the tenant's deposit. Only half of this had been done. I had to spend time and drive around to get the rest done... replace lights, fix cupboards, etc.
I have sent AML Property Services an invoice for material and labor, but JUST NOTHING... They avoid my messages, avoid my calls, it is just pathetic. Always empty promises. I'm still waiting for the payment. What is right IS RIGHT!!! I shall not let this go. If there were a board or committee that could stop businesses like this, this one should be first. Absolutely ridiculous!
