Their estate agents only look for new tenants AFTER the previous tenants moved out, without taking any responsibility whatsoever, and to try and complain does not help at all.
After my unfortunate experience with an utter useless estate agent, namely Julia Oberholzer, I thought it would help to inform the owner of Centurion Real Estate, Mariana Hattingh, about my complaints.
However, Mariana Hattingh ignored all my phone calls. She never bothered to return any of my calls, like she did initially when I started to engage business with Julia Oberholzer during 2012. When I recently wrote Mariana an email, stating some of my complaints about Julia, she replied more than a week later, basically taking Julia's side.
I brought it under Mariana's attention that I am a private bank client, and that I could be a potential future client of her estate agency, should I have received better service. Do you think she cares? I wonder how much longer they will stay in business if they carry on to treat people the way they do?
