Bugs and sparks was supposed to fit a drain at my factory, on their quote it stated that they will be laying the pipes and connecting it to the drainage mains and closing the hole back up. They quoted two to three days for the job to be completed, it took them 2 weeks to install the drain, and then did not replace the concrete as intended. I then had to get in a builder to complete their job, and in the end it cost me more to finish their job than originally intended, I said i would pay the balance of the invoice after receiving the invoice from the builder, but could not honor that as it costed more than what their invoice amount was.
