I started renting at Jada Place in Pretoria since 1 Dec 2009 and paid deposit to get in the flat on the 31st of January I left the place after giving the relevant notice period. Since end of January Zelri properties and I have been emailing each other until Lizelle wrote me an email copying Chantal, Erika, Emilia and admin that there were supposed to refund me until now there are ducking and diving every time I email them, (yesterday I called and spoke to this Dineo of a girl who even wasted my airtime pretending not to hear me, left a very clear message with my phone number until now, no one got back to me) there refer to Lizelle to check on the issue, its now 6 good months in this highly inflationary country were prices of fuel and food commodities are increasing daily and the rand plunging. Is this a Zelri case or Zelri has a policy of never to refund their tenants??? I need my deposit, I beg oooo before this becomes a police case.
