Agent Marius Promised client first option on a Flat in BRACKENFELL area. While agent was showing flat Thursday evening to Jp Leemans and partner at Onse Grondjie he also showed it to another couple. Immediately JP Leemans confirmed that he wanted to rent upon which Agent Marius said "great! " an announced he would get the forms which he handed over immediately in front of everyone. He told Jp application approval with in 24hrs. Friday morning he sms that flat was taken, we phoned head office in Paarl who said no one had applied for the flat and they continued to application and we got approved.By end of day Marius was contesting flat in favour of other couple. The Office (Joy) said send an email of the events. We did as Marius to give it over to another couple was HIGHLY Unfair! Unethical, and bad business practice!!
In all of this we were told they would investigate, Marius would phone. None of that happened, on the Monday after phoning consistently we were told Marius would phone us, He instead wrote a feeble letter of 4 lines. This couple has given notice thinking they had the flat end July, BAD service, passing the buck, SHOCKING Redlex Properties Registered Agent Marius!
