Receiving listings from this agency requires a registration fee of R350 which entitles you to a 3 month membership, viewing of at least 3 properties in the same area, over 200 properties on their database and more over PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. I paid my registration (10/07) in hopes of seeing 1 property. After I paid, not 1 phone call was made to me, whenever I did get to speak to Fiona C was when I phoned her. Also bearing in mind that phones aren't answered at their offices after 3pm. She told me to arrange for viewing of the property myself. I could not get hold of the owner and subsequently no viewing was arranged. I asked for a refund, and was told that no person in senior position who could authorize it was in the office (12/07) and updated lists of properties without so much as a word of further communication was sent to me. To date, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. What does one pay for then? Is this a? The property owners do not seem keen to make appointments and after paying a hefty registration fee, you are still expected to make all the arrangements yourself. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
