Since the very first interaction with Renprop Bryanston I have been disgusted in their service. The property consultant I dealt with was unprofessional and asked for documents to be sent after I had submitted them 3 times already. The day I moved in, which was the date signed on the lease the old tenant was still living there, to add to my shock Renprop was aware of this and did not bother to give me a call to prepare myself. My truck waited in the road for 5 hours while the old tenants moved out. I moved in to a filthy apartment with broken doors and locks, toilets not flushed, old food and junk lying all over, and an exhaustive list of items that needed to be repaired after Renprop had made a commitment to have the place cleaned and repaired the day before I moved in. Renprop ignored my emails and phone calls about this and eventually I had to get the house repaired at my cost and in my own time, Renprop continue the appalling service 4 months down the line. Very destructive to the brand.
