This sounds like to me. Company I know received a call that they now need to PAY MidCity to be able to deliver a service to them! 5% of the sales the company makes to MidCity, has to be paid back to them, plus VAT. How ridiculous is this??? I've never heard of something like this in my life. The invoice even looks shoddy, stating a management fee being asked? Management fee for what. Seems we need to report this to their auditors and SARS.
