I need to be out of my house on 31 jan as my contact has expired, i have got excellent references and no has even bothered to contact them.
after hearing nothing for 3 days i phone dthe office and was told they cannot tell me anything about my application. i want to know why i am being discriminated against for a flat i can afford!!! its not like the flat is even in perfect condition and we even offered to renovate it and fix all that is broken. glenda court goodwood. i am utterly disgusted in these people. you might think they want a tenant that offers to pay deposit and rent by stop order every month. so where will i run to with the rent if it goes off by stop order every month on 25th.
i see this as really unethical as i know we were there first and had application in before viewing even took place. discrimination, thats what it is, not the first time ive been disciminated against for being white!! thats why we could not get the place in bellville - sorry mam, you white!!! sickening
