ASM, run by Jacky and Steve manage our townhouse complex, we have asked for previous minutes and continuously get the run around.
The garden service is more like a cut and run service.
Post is always delayed.
They never reply to any emails, nor complaints that are their responsibility.
They think they can play owners and run the complex to their own tunes.
They even get tenants to vote at a AGM, which is not allowed.
Sectional title ownership with ASM (Assisted Self Management) is a nightmare.
We would not recommend ASM as your managing agent.
