I called over weeks ago regarding a flat that I was interested in leasing, I was told that she would call me back the next day with regards to above, to date I am still waiting. I, however, got into my car and went directly to their offices, where I was told to complete an application form, which I promptly did. On inspection of the flat, I realised that they were still busy with the renovations, but was told expressly by Mezida that they expected the flat to be completed by the 15th, but "were pushing for the 1st". When following up on the lease over a week later, I was told they were still waiting for the contractors. I asked to speak to a manager, and was then referred to a manager from a totally different department! Finally, I get feedback TODAY from a supervisor, was basically told to be quiet so they could talk, and then advised that the said apartment would only be ready on 1 August!!! I am looking for a new home for our family, and cannot accept the extra stress of dealing with people that don't care about their jobs or other people.
