Well, its been a year now and still no repairs (as stipulated in the contract at my home. To add insult to injury i'm getting a bill for water and lights every month and its not even in my name!! On closer inspection I found out they only paid the registration etc on the 29/05/2013 I am willing to take them to court because i will not pay for their incompetence! The original contract states that everything would be sorted in 3 months max. So its been more than a year. If you ever get approached by alet first ask her if she is registered by the estate agents board and ask to see proof.
I will use any and all social media platforms to get them liquidated and take all customers away from them!
I phoned kobus this morning to arrange a meeting and lo and behold he sms'ed a short while back to say he will not be able to make it. Typical runaround from them.
