Be careful if you are a tenant with Seeff- they keep your deposit, and dont tell you why and send you messages such as - there is a dispute from your landlord (what dispute?), your landlord is a well respected member of community (so what?), speak to your attorney... Really? is this how you treat your clients? Or just tenants? Well its my deposit and you cannot keep if for no reason- that is criminal. I don't care if you are friends with the landlord or not. I left the house in a better condition than when I moved in, I found new tenants for the landlord and paid all bills (even prepaid even though that was not part of the initial lease). Worst service I ever encountered (and I work in customer service)
