Their promise is... pay R350 and you get:
-Viewing of at least 3 properties in the same suburb & / or surrounding areas on the same day (will never happen and you get the whole of Johannesburg - no wonder they say 200 properties, in fact you will be lucky to get 2).
-Updated lists of available properties at least 3 times a week from qualified consultants (will never happen).
-Over 200 properties on our database (outdated and all already taken thus reaching 200 even if the apartments have been taken 3 months ago)
This agency asks you to pay them R350 to view properties, they then don't reply, don't answer your calls, if they know it's you they hang-up.
They send you an exel spreadsheet with what is "available", but all the places are taken, the empty ones not even a pig would take, but the listings do not have any photos, just short no detail descriptions.
Because they take your money and don't deliver, I want my money back and they are refusing to refund. I only viewed 1 their properties which was totally opposite of what I wanted.
DO NOT, EVER EVER contact this agency. Once they take your money, you are forgotten. Please use the free papers or sites and look on your own.
