I have rented a property with Tupa on the 1st October 2012 Unit 51 linridge on the 29th i had terminated my contract with them i was advised by them i would receive my deposit back with in 18 working days with there lack of communication i was un-aware of a new owner for the property and that the property was also under a new agency i was then told i need to get my deposit back from Natrent when i havent signed a contract with natrent i was sent from pelor to post and till today i still have not received my deposit back i am now taking legal actions against both agencies as the both have lack of communication and they can not provide me with any answers as to when ill get my money...
