Well, I've been renting with Just Sell Properties and when I've given my 2 months notice, like the contract is stating I must do. Marius Jacobus Visser stated that I am breaching contract. He said that I'm responsible for the next ten months R400 of agent commission. No where in contract are stating of commission to agent... My wife also went to Marius so that he could explain his reason, after that Friday, he has put an extra clause in the new contracts that will be signed!!! So me and my wife got our lawyer to send him letter. Then his lawyer send me a letter back not saying more than he've said before...!! Now when time was there to pay my deposit back to me, he deducted the R4000 and his lawyer fee of R690, so I've got back R810 back from my R5500 dep. If anybody thinks to buy or rent through Just Sell Properties, they must think twice before they do that!!! I urge anybody not to use Just Sell Properties in Magalieskruin!!!
