The bad treatment I got from Plumridge managers

I wanted to view the flat before I move in. The manager (Jack) he told me that I can't view the flat because is still occupied. On the day that I moved in, it was not renewed / painted and the wall was dirty and the kitchen wall next to the stove was also damaged. The stove oven was not working and the window glass was cracked. The bathroom wall paint and the bathroom roof paint were also damaged. I told the manager (Jack) and he said I shouldn't worry as long as he knows about it. I listen to him and believe in him. My purpose was not that the flat is dirty or damaged it was because I wanted him to know that I accept it as it is because to me it was not an issue. Now it becomes an issue to me when I moved out, the reason is because the new manager (Busi) she want to renew the flat at my cost. I can only accept that if the flat was renewed before I move in. According to my contract, I must leave the flat in the same condition as it was when I move in. Busi he told me to phone Jack so that he can confirm that but Jack he does not want to confirm that because he knows that he might get into trouble of being negligent when the tenant before me leaves.
