I reside in Allied Building, in 2012 May I complained about hot water supply which we are being rationed about
And I was told that the hot water pump had a problem and they will switch water during the day and only swith them on at night, I pay R330 for water on monthly basis whuch they said it includes hot water.
But since May 2012 to date they've never found solution to the pump.but keep switchin water for us. It's now winter I have a kid saty with but I have to wait till 5pm everyday for water to be hot. I'm now on study leave but can't take a bath even those that stay behind during the day can't take a bath. We are forced to boil water with kettles.which brings up the elecricity bill. Basically we're apying for service we don't have. I've notified the Caretaker and Area Manager (Murambinza) numerous times but the issue still persist
