I am VERY disappointed in Seeff Properties, Rondebosch area. We have just completed a sale of a flat. We had 2 agents who dealt with this sale but once the conveyancer had taken over we were dropped by the agents. John left to go and work in Jo'burg and did not have the decency to contact us to let us know, and the other had a baby and messaged me and asked me to take over the hand over of the property and deal with the new owners. Now, we paid more than R70 000 in agents fees and I had to contact someone else in the company and ask them to take over the legalities. This is not on! The purchasers were first time buyers and had NO idea of the process. They needed help and Seeff expected me to handle the problems! To me this is breach of contract???
