This company did not note a broken light fitting in the bathroom when we moved in. Now they want to claim it from us. When we moved in, they hadn't painted as promised, nor had they cleaned the unit or steam cleaned the carpets. We found the unit in shambles & we were highly inconvenienced on the day we had to move in. It was very clear that the previous tenant had moved out a few days earlier but they didn't fix any of the things that needed attention. To add to all this, they were busy painting while we were moving in. They're big, they maintain the units by using tenant deposits because they want to charge us for stuff that was messed up when we moved in already by saying they have no record of it when it should've been on the inspection sheet. The inspection has taken place, nothing was mentioned but when they need to refund the deposit, they suddenly have other issues with the unit. I'd also like to add that their agents have BAD attitudes when you query stuff, because they're holding your deposit they think they're. Stay away from this rental agent or you will be left with a sour taste in your mouth.
