I moved into an apartment is Bryanston last year which is managed by Renprop. When I did so the snag list I supplied them with including nails in the wall, broken lights and a few other things were never fixed. I queried the snag list a number of times and yet I never received any response from Jayne, my assigned relationship manager. Eventually i gave up and just carried on with living there. When I moved out at the end of last month I was told that I would receive the full deposit amount back as the inspection guy, Shane, found nothing wrong which he and I both signed for when he came to do the leaving inspection. 2 Weeks ago a measly, nearly less than half of my deposit was given back to me as I had now been charged for all the items that were on my original snag list!!! Ladine and Jayne are now barely responding to my emails and have not bothered to get the emails out with my original snag list.

Renprop have given me extremely substandard service and still owe me nearly R1000 for the snag list items that they charged me for that were already there when I moved in.
