I rented a place on 3rd avenue I never saw caren the helper on the property showed us the flat a lot of miss com. the owner called me the same day to ask if we interested we agreedand paid part dep .caren the emailed me the breakdown of costs and it did not add up so I kept emailing her to say her totals don't agree she insisted it did but in fact she typed wrong as the deposit was more that the rent amount I agreed this cost included electricity deposit we paid then last month when I got my electricity bill there was another electricity deposit she didn't care how we entered the premises without a remote she advise we must ask mulano we never dealt with him we also got a letter stating the rental and other expenses will be increased so I contacted her she says it has to we only moved in here 3rd month now and we have an increase already I understand the security and parking but the rent. last night I got home to no electricity I advised her my baby was in hospital the duration of last week and my husband did the transfer and made an error and advised the difference will be pd she advised my husband that I am lying how dare she say that she never told me the elec will discon
