I've been sending e-mails to you since 17 April 2013 and haven' t received any feedback at all. I send you another mail this morning and once again haven't got a reply from you. I decided to call you at 15:00 and keeps on getting your stupid automated service that keeps on disconnecting after the introduction. I decided to phone Johannesburg help desk to get an alternative number, and guess what... THEY ARE CLOSED!!! How can a national company close at 16:00 on a Friday. Surely you can get an afterhours call centre to handle all your queries since you don't bother to get back to us!
