Walk into our newcastle home affairs its the worst ever the workers rather talk to each other than to help us customers am not being but its the truth and if you just go to ask them something they have an attitude as if we must sit and wait people sit there hours while workers have there own conversations go out order food all the time then just walk away and come back when they think they should, i really think some management needs to be done there... its a place were people need help and not to make people wait like that hours and hours while they have a conversation as for the pay point there is No one ever there we have to wait hours on end before someone comes to collect money... frustrating really
