I.M or should i say annoyed i was stopped by metro police wearing blue uniform on the N17 off ramp to N1. being issued with a ticket for not wearing safety belt and not displaying my renewed licence disc. i was called that my car has rolled and bumped into someone Else car while i was waiting for the ticket to be given to me. the person that i bumped left the scene with no statement taken while i was still asking questions as they were all speaking pedi. my renewed disc that was not displayed was taken also with my drivers's licence, managed to get my driver's license back but not my car disc. no statement or anything was taken i ended up with the ticket written by degedo mbandiwa who was not the person who stopped me. one off the offence was saying vehicle fitted with a device that ammeted a varying tone of pitch like DUH!!! its a Jetta VR6 police women. I'm very angry as my car is damaged now and i don't have a disc now... I'm will be taking this up further like really how can these cops be so reckless?
