All I need right now is a case number for an accident we had last week friday. A metro police officer came to the scene and took down all details and ask that we call next week for a case number. I have been trying to get hold of the Kempton Park Metro police office for the past hour, I've call about 14 phone numbers, each person I spoke to, gave me a new number to call. I think this is absolutely pathetic. I am in a very stressful and desparate situation, my insurance needs this case number to proceed with the claim and I'm getting NO HELP whatsover from Metro police. I just feel like screaming, PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME NOW... I am carless and i feel so helpless. I have literally spent the past HOUR trying to get hold of someone to give me a case number. PLEASE HELP ME NOW!!!
