I have been billed R12, 000.00 for the Month of April 2013 for 2 months water usage, this equals to 614, 000.00 litres of water, and it is more than the sum of water i have used the past 2 years
The true water metre reading reflected on the statement is 941 cubic metres, when i looked at my water metre it reflected as at the 15th of April, 405 cubic metres which is a huge a difference
I have taken a photo of the water metre reading and emailed that together with my statement to the council three days ago and up to now i have not received any feedback or response, the service in this country is going from bad to worse and we pay allot of taxes for nothing, i am one of those loyal payers and look where it brings me
