I am a 24year old tax paying South African Citizen who just had the craziest experience at a government clinic

My 6week old baby needed to get her vaccinations administered and as expected we waited a while since there were many patients and understood that we needed to be patient.
However upon arrival I submitted the baby"s clinic card and asked if we could please open a file up for her. The admin clerk grabbed the card brushed me off and advised that I take a seat in the queue and she would attend to me. After 3hours with no assistance or direction I proceeded to the room where babies were being weighed advised the sister of my situation she told me to get the card and weighed the

I finally got to see the nurse after another hour and she was upset as the admin lady (Linda Pike) still did not open the babies file. The Nurse then advised her to open the file once she was done with babies consultation.

Once we were done Linda said we should come back next time to open the file with no explaination. I asked to speak to the manager Sister Mack and she had more of an attitude than the admin lady.

No service! I still dont have a file and will now have to travel to a clinic that is furthe
