Im very dissappointed at the time its taking for my complaint to be resolved, i understand it takes time but i feel this is just too much waiting that im expected to do. People come to the Ombudsman because they have nowhere else to go and cannot afford to pay lawyers, but the waiting is just too much, I fail to understand that the person handling my complaint is waiting for feedback from my insurer for sooo long, do you guys not give the insurer terms and deadlines? I dont understand why the insurance company must still delay this further, I really need to get this matter sorted...
