Terrible service, no feedback, incompetent staff

Its been more than 6 months now that i have applied for a registration of a company on cipc, paid for already. each time i call there is a different excuse given to me, first, it was being processed, then they didnt receive all the necessary documents, after sending all docs again, they have not given me the reg details. wat to do???
