I went to sars in benoni 2012 to summit my tax return, only to find out that im owing for 2009 and 2010, but i was there 2011 to change my deatails and no one bothered to tell me that iam owing, and what makes me angry is i dont understand why did sars pay me if im owing. Same year 2012 the lady who was helping me said she will send a letter to waive off the amount and i should wait a month then i will contacted or the letter will be send to me to let me know whats happening, till today no one conrtacted me. Went back on the 14.03.13 ms ferreira was helping and telling me that the is nothing sars can do the reason i got paid even if im owing it was the system error, so "whos fault is that". I filled up the paper for arragement with my letter, payslip and bank statement, she refused to take them, says i must go and collect more papers. I must run around go to the banks get more paper, i work from 8hoo to 6hoo monday till suterday. Before i pay any cent that i do not have i need someone to explain why did sars pay me whereas im owing them? I only earn 3000.00 the rest is commission and if i take leave is a nightmare cause i get nothing but sars if failing to understand that. He
