Can you assist me on the below.
My mom's SASSA card not working. it is . see info below. The first card didnot work because SASSA officials gave my mother the card that does not work and they took the card that works and withdrer my mom 's pension illegally, we reported the matter to sassa and they gave my mother the new card and it is still not working.

The below problem was going to have been resolved if ONE OF SASSA OFFICIAL took my mother to withdraw her money FOR THE FIRST TIME TO IDENTIFY AND PROBLEMS AND RESOLVE THEM IMMIDIATELY WITHOUT WASTING ANY TIME AND TO REDUCE TRANSPORT COST OF GOING UP AND DOWN WITH NO SUCCESS.
NOTEWELL:
THIS IS THE SECOND SASSA CARD THAT IS GIVING HER PROBLEM.
