Was married and got divorced from my ex-wife about 4 years ago. I.A.W our court settlemant I am entitled to half of her pension. She works for Home Affairs. on 06 Nov 2012 i went to Government pension offices in Pretoria. I was helped at counter 8. unfortunately i don't have the gentleman's name. He filled everything in on the computer and made copies of all my paperwork and stamped it. He ensure me within 30-60 days I will here from them. On 03 Jan 2013 i heard nothing from them and went back to their offices again. This time I was help by a lady named Sheila Matjui. She informed me there is nothing regarding me on the system. I said it is imposable and showed her the stamp I got the previous time. I had to submit again all my information on the computer and she maid another set of copies from my paper work. I asked her who says this is not again going to disappear from the system and she got agitated and turned the computer towards me and said can you see it is loaded on the system. Again I was promised within 30-60 days I will hear from the. I had her maid to stamp my envelope I had my copies in as proof I was there. 60 days later and again no respond. Poor service
