Our body corporate is still trying to settle a dispute with the managing agent that's imposing itself on us. We are presently not paying the managing agent. While we are still busy with this matter, we do not want to be in arrears with our municipality account. We requested the municipality to send the account not only to the managing agent, but to one other address (one that the body corporate can access). The municipality refuses, saying that it cannot be done. What can be hard with including one more email address on the mailing list? Why should we be in arrears when the municipality account is not the problem, but the managing agent? All we need to do is to get the municipality account to be able to pay in time, till the dispute is settled.
