I drove past a fire and phoned 10111 in Feb 2013. My call was taken, concern was logged and I was thanked for the report. I didn't expect a fast response, so I went to the shops. When driving home 30 min after I logged the call two fire trucks and a medical response team was mobilized and busy putting out the fire. The fire actually caused quite a bit of damage to an open fields.
