I applied for a B-163 in April last year and I still haven't received the document or any feedback and I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for me to receive it, I contacted their call center on friday and I spoke to two consultants who gave me two different stories I'm still confused as to why I still haven't received it because I didn't get any straight answers. I also applied for an unabridged birth certificate which I need urgently, my guess is I'm gonna wait a while before I can get that too, Home affairs need to improve on service delivery and on giving feedback. The fact that i have to wait such a long time for something I paid for is infuriating.
