I would like to report that about two years ago I reported a case against a Letting agency and my case took place after waiting almost a year for a court date on the 25th of January2013. I was informed by the panel of judges that they will email their decision through to me and the letting company after final review. Today is the 1st of March 2013 and still i am waiting for an answer. Their service is pathetic. I have to phone them all the time and or the phones are just ringing non stop or the agent, in this case is Lesiba will advise me to give him my number and he will check the file and let me know. I have been emailing and contacting him on numerous occassions and nothing happened or nobody contacts me back. I would like to find out what the final agreement is with regards to this problem so that it can get sorted out.
