My account is a mess. I've had tenants in the house who did not pay the account. The electricity was cut off in March 2012. Since then they had electricity readings. I went to Klerksdorp 3 times during 2012 to try & sort this account out. Since the 23rd of December 2012 I've had new tenants who moved in. It was then when they've paid R2000.00 reconnection fees. This morning they've cut the electricity off again because of an arrears account. I have 3 accounts which reflects a reverse reading of the electricity. I phoned this morning & spoke to Pieter van Rooyen & he sent me an account & told me to pay it before they can switch the electricity on again. His word was: If I pay the full amount of R4167.94 & IF THERE COULD BE AN ADJUSTMENT on the acount they could put it as a credit on my account.
Why must I pay for there faults on the account? Why did they not solve my problem months ago? Everytime it costs me about R2 000.00 to travel to Klerksdorp & back, including sleep over. Nothing happens there. I trust you will sort this out for me, because I am going to ask for a forensic audit on my account since March 2012 until December 2012.
