Can you please send someone more qualified to get our electricity right for a change this is everyday a problem that the power goes off for a few minutes to a few hours then you can't let your children bath and not even make food for your family then I am not even talking about our refrigerators that defrost and food going off.

Please help the power went off again at 14h00 on 13 February 2013.

If it starts to drip never mind raining or the wind just blow the power goes out this is unacceptable and if it goes off at night or on weekends we have to wait because of City of Tshwane that won't pay over time.

Please can someone in the head department phone me urgently regarding this matter
